Create The Outbox Table

Description

This is an exercise from the Cockroach University course “Event-Driven Architecture with Java”. In this exercise, students will be implementing some of the framework they will need for building events in later parts of the course. They will implement an Outbox Table in Cockroach DB. They will create the necessary classes to publish events to the Outbox Table. They will run a series of tests to verify that the code behaves correctly.
